We believe that wearing a school uniform promotes a sense of pride, belonging, and equality among our students. Our uniform policy ensures that all pupils are dressed appropriately for learning, representing our school community with respect and professionalism.
You can see our full Uniform Policy herePlease ensure that all clothing is clearly marked with your child's name so that it can be returned to you in the event that it is misplaced.
Second-hand uniforms can benefit all parents, particularly those on low incomes. In addition, by extending the life of garments, it is more sustainable. We ensure that arrangements are in place so that second-hand school uniforms are available for parents to acquire. If parents/carers require support with the provision of uniform, they should contact Mrs Leishman in the main office.
As a school we provide assistance, particularly for supporting new intakes of pupils starting our academy or in the event of substantial changes to the existing uniform.

Disputes about the cost of school uniforms will be resolved locally and should be pursued in accordance with our complaints policy. Parents should be able to lodge their complaints or objections easily.
Pupil non-compliance
